Jeremiah 23:38-40

³⁸ But if you say, ‘The burden^[a] of Yahweh,’ therefore^[b] thus says Yahweh, ‘because of your saying these words,^[c] “The burden^[d] of Yahweh,” then I will send to you, saying,^[e] “You shall not say, ‘The burden^[f] of Yahweh.’”’ ³⁹ Therefore^[g] look, here I am, and I will surely lift you up and forsake you and the city that I gave to you and to your ancestors^[h] from my presence^[i], ⁴⁰ and I will bring upon you an everlasting disgrace^[j] and an everlasting shame^[k] that will not be forgotten.”
